📸 The Tourist Attraction by Sarah Morgenthaler

👨 👩 Graham Barnett is the owner of the Tourist Trap, in Moose Springs, Alaska. He is stuck slinging reindeer dogs and doesn’t really like tourists… at least until he meets Zoey. She has always dreamt of visiting Alaska and can’t wait to explore its beautiful and wild mountains.

♥️ I liked:
🏔️ The setting. I’ve always thought Alaska would be a great place to visit, I’ve always loved hiking, mountains, forests and snow… and, after reading this book, I found another reason to love the place: moose! Still not sure about reindeer hotdogs though!
😂It’s funny. It’s a rom-com, sure, but I found myself laughing out loud more than once, really. The characters are really entertaining and the poor Zoey is so unlucky with her trips and excursions, that you can’t stop smiling.
👨 👩 The characters. Zoey and Graham, yes, but also all the others: Lana – Zoey’s super-rich best friend – Ash and Easton Lockett – twins, one flyes helicopters, the other climbs mountains – Jack, Graham’s dog, and Ulysses the moose. I liked every single one of them.
🗺️ Tourists vs locals. I’m not saying I liked it, I’m just saying I can relate to it. The city where I come from in Italy is full of tourists in summer and sometimes the city centre is so busy, that you can’t even move. But what would we do without them?

🤔 I wasn’t so sure about:
❤️ Love at very first sight. I do believe in love at first sight but in this case, everything happened a bit too fast.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 I loved this book so much, that I started with the second one of the series almost immediately after finishing it. And I am so glad to see that a third one is being released in January, I can’t wait!
